EGTRRA pension plan changes from 2001, that made more than 60 changes to pension plans liberalizing pension plans for small business owners.
PPA 06 (pension Protection Act of 2006) made these changes permanent.

And the best part, you now have a business owner, and employees, that you can now present other life insurance and annuity concepts to.
